Please note that the Sec 1 online registration for Third Language studies at MOELC will commence on Friday, 26 December 2025 at 8:30am and will end on Wednesday, 7 January 2026 at 23:59hrs.  

To register, please click on the Sec 1 Online Registration “Accept Registration” button on the main MOELC homepage. Upon successful registration, please screenshot or print a copy of the class details for your child. Please remember to fill out the mandatory Student Profile Form via the link.

Students are encouraged to buy their textbooks online and to collect the books on 29 Dec and 30 Dec (9am to 4pm) at the MOELC bookshops.  If you are planning to buy the books on the first day of lesson, please come an hour earlier to avoid the queues.

There will be a briefing given by the principals to all Sec 1 students on their first day before the lesson starts.

The MOELC centres will be open on 31 Dec from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
